The towers’ unique forms with its double curvatures posed a challenge both structurally and construction wise. The unitised curtain wall panels employ a complex stack joint changing with the various curvature and slopes for each tower, Using a unitised curtain wall system coupled with double glazed units makes the development one of the first residential projects in the region to do so. Likewise with the low-rise villas, the sweeping forms are clad in anodised aluminium panels creating a luminous surface with added insulation behind. The six towers are also crowned with green sky gardens on sloping rooflines with link bridges providing respite of open spaces rarely found in high-rise developments.

A luxury condominium development located at the mouth of Singapore’s historic Keppel Harbour, The Reflections at Keppel Bay comprises of 6 high-rise curved towers with complex geometries (ranging from 24 to 41-storeys), 11 low-rise villa apartment blocks (ranging from 6 to 8 storeys), and clubhouses.
