A 43-storey office building with full height curtain wall, projecting glazed roof structure and feature glass walls at ground floor. An integrated mixed-use development, the S$1 billion Asia Square building will have 186,000 square metres of office space and some 5,600 square metres of retail space.

Also housing a 280-room five-star hotel, a multi-purpose exhibition and performance space, the two towers will be linked by pedestrian walkways to other buildings by Architects 61, such as One Raffles Quay, Marina Bay Financial Centre and One Shenton Way.

Sustainable design features include a rooftop installation of solar panels, the largest in Singapore, and the first bio-diesel powered generator facility in a Central Business District commercial building.

Meinhardt provided post award façade consultancy services to the Main Contractor, including review of technical submissions, site and factory inspections.
