The 39-storey residential tower façades are proposed as vertical terracotta panels with a mixture of gloss / semi-gloss panels in white and grey.

The 10-storey commercial building is being developed as a cementitious finish with texture proposed on the panels to give depth to the elevations. A green wall façade is incorporated to give a living colorful feature to the development.
