Through his training as a multi-disciplinary engineer, Mathieu has developed a broad spectrum of knowledge, including structural engineering, material sciences, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, acoustics and optics. Competency in these various disciplines is especially useful for facade engineering. Mathieu’s international education and experience greatly add to the team’s overall knowledge base, including a strong background in material sciences. This is a valuable asset for a team which deals with glass, metals, coatings, and plastics on a daily basis. This gives Mathieu the ability to undertake projects with a holistic approach.
Mathieu has worked on several major construction projects in Singapore and Asia before joining Meinhardt Facade Technology. Through his previous experience as a structural engineer, Mathieu has also developed an extensive knowledge of Singapore local regulations and codes of practice.
With MFT, Mathieu has acquired experience in various aspects of facade engineering, including curtain walls, glass walls, aluminium and stone claddings, canopies, skylights, etc. Mathieu is now a regular contributor to international conferences and publications. Mathieu has been in charge of MFT Singapore since 2002.
Mathieu's experience in facade consultancy ranges from new mega-projects the like of Resorts World at Sentosa, The Dubai Mall and The Reflections condominium, to defects investigation and remedial works, such as the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. |

Tony has more than 26 years experience in the construction industry working on several large building projects. He has developed extensive knowledge in the design and installation of façade and external glazing systems working with both client and consultant teams.
With a strong construction and project management background, Tony has wide-ranging experience in all aspects of façade construction and project delivery. His core skills include a thorough appreciation of engineering, architectural, programming and financial issues and timely and effective project delivery.
His experience has been hands-on from developing façade systems with architects to dealing with building owners, consultants and contractors in the design development of façade systems. This allows him to understand the design and production aspects of a project as well as on-site constructability, managing a project from design to installation. |

Head of Facades (Middle East)
Karl James has over 10 years experience in Architecture and Project Management, working for leading UK design practices, and has spent a large proportion of his career specialising in facade design. Karl has experience in the design and delivery of a range of facade systems and has worked on a number prestigious through-out the UK and the Middle East.
Karl’s recent experience is in super high rise and complex geometry facade systems and has worked on some of the region’s most challenging projects. |

Regional Director – HK / PRC
Lyndon has 41 years of experience in the facade industry, attaining an in depth knowledge of unitised facades, conventional ‘stick’ facades, aluminium doors and window systems, stone and aluminium cladding, along with louvre and ventilation systems encapsulating building envelopes. Mainly involved in high rise facade construction during the last decade, attaining valuable experience whilst being based in Thailand Hong Kong, Dubai and Shanghai since 1995 |

Associate - Malaysia
Nicky has 15 years of construction experience. During which time he has gained a comprehensive set of management and design skills enabling him to find practical solutions to the most challenging of situations.
Nicky has worked on a variety of project types including Residential and multi purpose Developments, the world’s largest shopping Mall, Marinas, 5 star hotels, office towers, golf courses, factories, recreational developments, serviced apartments, train stations and the world’s first Armani Resort; and he has carried jobs from the planning stages through tendering / construction to practical completion and project handover.
Nicky has become adept at leading and motivating teams both large (regional) and small (project based), and has taken pride in playing a key role in the successful handover of all prestigious projects which he has undertaken to date. |
