 The project is comprising of one 71-storey, 309m height tower building together with a 27.3m height podium, which includes total façade/cladding area of 77,300m² for the tower and 3,300m² for the podium. The tower curtain wall for South & North elevations are designed with double skin active wall system.Project Role: Façade consultant services including design development, tender document and tender assessment.
